Escape into the fresh mountain air and a cozy atmosphere at an Adirondack getaway just steps from the action. There are endless adventures to explore each day from hiking, skiing, shopping, skating, swimming, paddling, site-seeing, and fishing. After a busy day, you could relax by our fireplace or go into town for some spa time.  Wine or beer tasting and a delicious meal at one of the many excellent restaurants in town is a great way to end the day.

Main House Bed & Breakfast Rooms:  Coffee and tea are always available.  A hot breakfast is served on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and a continental breakfast basket is provided each weekday morning.  The dining room, living room, porch, and yard are shared with the other guests. A small refrigerator is available in the dining room for all guests to use. Free parking, free WiFi, linens, and basic amenities are provided.

Backyard Bungalow Suite:  An attached but private suite is also available for those with children or anyone wanting a full kitchen and two queen beds.  The bungalow has a cathedral ceiling, main floor bedroom and a loft bedroom with a spiral staircase, full bath, kitchen with dining area, living room, washer & dryer, free WiFi, smart TV, and a private back deck with a gas BBQ grill and yard.  Free parking, linens, and basic amenities are provided. (Breakfast is not included.)

The Adirondack room is on the second level with a private, full bathroom. The bedroom is shaded and woodland-like with its wooden shutters and exterior vines. It sleeps two with a queen bed. Its private bathroom is roomy and has a shower.  

Olympic Room

The Olympic Room is on the second level with a private, full bathroom. The Olympic room is bright and decorated simply with tasteful antiques. It sleeps two with a queen bed. Its private bathroom is smaller and has a shower.  

Whiteface Room

  The Whiteface room is on the second level with a private, full bathroom. The Whiteface room is bright and decorated simply with tasteful antiques. It sleeps two with a queen bed. Its private bathroom is roomy and has a shower.

Convenient location near good restaurants and within walking distance of downtown. Randy was a great host and the house is in a quiet location in a nice neighborhood atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

We loved our stay in lake placid. Randy was very helpful and quick with communication and answering questions. The house was clean and stylish and we really enjoyed relaxing there for our special weekend. We would highly recommend staying here. Not far from Main Street, a corner store that has great food right across the street, and kind and helpful hosts. Thank you!
